A Half-Time / Full-Time (HT/FT) bet is a combined market. You must correctly predict the result at half-time and the result at full-time as a single selection. Both conditions must be met — getting the full-time result right is not enough if your half-time prediction was wrong.
Because two results must be predicted correctly, there are nine possible combinations, and the market carries higher odds than a standard 1X2 selection.

How it works — worked examples
Example 1: X/1 — draw at half-time, home win at full-time.
Score at half-time: 0-0. Home team scores twice in the second half. Final score: 2-0 to the home team.
- Half-time: X (draw). Full-time: 1 (home win). X/1 wins.
Example 2: 1/2 — home winning at half-time, away win at full-time.
Score at half-time: 1-0 to the home team. Away team scores twice in the second half. Final score: 1-2.
- Half-time: 1 (home winning). Full-time: 2 (away win). 1/2 wins.
This is the "comeback" combination — requiring the trailing team to overturn a deficit. Combinations that require a comeback (1/2 and 2/1) carry higher odds than combinations where the same team leads at half-time and wins at full-time (1/1, 2/2).
What counts as the half-time result
The half-time result is determined by the scoreline when the referee blows the whistle for the official break. Injury time played at the end of the first half is included — the half-time result is the score at the actual break, not after 45:00 exactly.
