Goalscorer markets are player-level bets where you predict which individual player will score — first, at any point, or last — rather than predicting the overall match result or goals total. These are distinct from team-level markets and have specific settlement rules that vary slightly by bookmaker.
SlipMix does not currently convert goalscorer markets. The glossary below explains what each market means and how bets are settled.
First Goalscorer
You predict which player will score the first goal of the match. If your player scores before any other player — including own goals, depending on bookmaker rules — your selection wins.
Settlement notes:
- The "first" refers to the first goal of the match, not the first goal by that team.
- If the match ends 0-0 (no goals), all First Goalscorer selections are void and stakes are refunded.
- Own goals — most bookmakers do not count an own goal for First Goalscorer settlement. If a defender puts the ball into his own net to open the scoring, First Goalscorer selections on all outfield players remain open. The "first goalscorer" for settlement purposes becomes the next player (not the own goal scorer) to put the ball in the net. Check your bookmaker's specific rules — this varies.
- If your player comes on as a substitute and later scores, they still count if they score the first goal.
- If your player is on the pitch but never scores, your selection loses (no stake refund unless the match is goalless).
Anytime Goalscorer
You predict that a specific player will score at least once at any point during the 90 minutes. You do not need to predict when — just that they will score.
Settlement notes:
- Your selection wins if the player scores once or more in normal time (90 minutes plus stoppage time).
- Own goals typically do not count for Anytime Goalscorer either — a player credited with an own goal is not an "Anytime Goalscorer" for settlement purposes.
- Substitutes can win an Anytime Goalscorer bet — if your player comes on and scores, the bet settles as a win.
- If the player does not appear in the match (not in the starting lineup and not used as a substitute), most bookmakers void the selection and refund the stake.
- Second-half additions and injury-time goals count fully.
Last Goalscorer
You predict which player will score the final goal of the match. Settlement is on the player who scores the last goal before the final whistle at 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Settlement notes:
- The same own goal convention applies — own goals are typically excluded, with the last counted goal being the final goal scored by an identified outfield player.
- If the match ends 0-0, all Last Goalscorer selections are void.
- If a player scores the only goal of the match, they are simultaneously the First Goalscorer and Last Goalscorer.

The settlement rules above are broadly consistent across these platforms, but the own goal handling especially can differ. Read the specific market rules in the bookmaker's help section if this matters for a particular selection.
Why SlipMix does not convert goalscorer markets
Goalscorer markets require matching individual player IDs across bookmaker catalogs. Player ID mapping — linking a player profile on Bet9ja to the same player on SportyBet using a shared identifier — is a separate layer of data from fixture matching. This mapping is not currently implemented in SlipMix. If your slip contains a goalscorer selection, that leg will be skipped during conversion.
